Electronic Transmission of Votes/Communication

To enable, or continue doing, electronic voting and communications, please see the Consent Agreement for Electronic Records and Signatures form on our Documents page under Governing Documents. We encourage all homeowners to complete and sign an agreement so it can be kept on file and in place for the annual meeting voting, if need be, and to receive communications by email instead of regular mail.
Our Board worked with our legal advisors to enable electronic communications and voting. Please see the Consent Agreement for Electronic Records and Signatures form on our Documents page under Governing Documents. It is also being emailed or mailed to all homeowners. We encourage all homeowners to read the consent and sign an agreement so it can be kept on file and in place for the annual meeting, if need be. Please return the form by mail, email, or fax to our property manager using the contact information on page 2 of the agreement.
Homeowners will always have the option to vote in person at any meeting, complete a proxy enabling someone else to vote for you, or vote electronically when it's offered.
