Did you realize there are 2 directories on this website for who lives in Aspen?
- Homeowner Directory: When you Registered for an account, you chose Yes or No to show your names and address, email accounts, phone numbers or children.
- Pet Directory: You may add a pet's name, description, and photo.
Please update your settings or information for the Homeowner Directory by choosing the Your Profile link next to Logout. For the Pet Directory, verify that the information about your pet is still accurate. If you need to make changes, please provide the new information by using Contact Us and choose webmaster. Add a pet, if you didn't. When a straying pet is found, the directory has helped locate the owner!
Beaver Pond Trail Restored and Reopened

The Beaver Pond Walking Trail construction is now complete. Once again, it connects to our streets at each end. The trail placement was shifted slightly when it was discovered that the north end of the trail was on a homeowner's property. The trail is accessible from the 121st and 122nd blocks of 1st Dr NW. See the trail map for it's location and the location of another walking trail near the tire swing park.
Homeowner Lunch and Learn CINC Portal

There will be a Lunch and Learn each quarter to help homeowners navigate the portal for the HOA Advisory Group, our association manager. It will cover how to find documents, submit work orders, make payments, and manage common homeowner requests. Detailed information and the meeting Zoom link can be found on our Events Calendar.

New Documents Available: Audit Report for 2024 and Welcome Letter

The audit that was completed for the year ending December 31, 2024 is now available on our Governing and General Documents page. The newly updated Welcome Letter Packet for new homeowners is also available on that page; it includes forms for new homeowners to complete, an ACC Project Request form, information about our CC&Rs and Neighborhood Watch, and FAQ's.

Our Association Management Company is HOA Advisory Group. They have an online portal which allows you to see your account, the calendar, and specific HOA documents. It also allows you to request approval for changes to your yard and the exterior of your homes. Electronic Consent Agreements

The Electronic Consent Agreement allows you to receive emailed communications instead of mailed ones. Opting for electronic communication helps save our association hundreds of dollars annually on printing, paper, and postage costs.
If you already had the consent on file, you need not do anything. If you do not, please signed up online at hoaadvisorygroup.com.
