About Us

Aspen was developed with over 180 homes in 4 different phases starting in 2003. All homes are on 1-acre lots, which are deeded to the owner. There are abundant green spaces interspersed between them to allow wildlife to roam freely.

 

We are very proud of the beauty of our neighborhood with our wonderfully cared for homes, beautiful landscaping, and numerous parks that our Homeowners Association has taken care to keep in great condition.  Our homeowners help maintain the look and feel of Aspen by abiding by our neighborhood covenants (CC&Rs). We work with our association management company and association board to make changes or improvements to our properties. 

Our association is governed by a board of directors, comprised of homeowner volunteers that are elected to one-year terms at the annual meeting for homeowners. The board of directors also holds meetings every other month that are open to homeowners. There are several standing committees with volunteer homeowners: Architectural Control, Parks and Entrances, Communications, and Neighborhood Watch.
