The Dues page has been updated for 2025. This includes amounts, due dates and payment options, including changes to our new association management company and their new online software.

They have information on our new board membership and their meeting dates, a request for responses to speed study, as well as information on dues for 2025, fire danger risks investigation, block party and a garage sale.
Please Respond - Speed Study Request

Snohomish County is willing to perform a speed study in response to our concerns of excessive speeding vehicles through our neighborhood between the north and south entrance roads if 60% of homeowners are in favor of the study. Be on the look out for a REQUEST TO RESPOND in a separate email or by mail (for those who do not receive electronic notices). Additional information may be found on page 2 of the March Bulletin 2nd Edition on our Bulletins & Newsletters page. A letter was issued April 8 with a second request for responses.

Association Management Company Announced

Our new association management company is HOA Advisory Group. Their contact information is listed on our Contact Us page. The letter announcing them, with an update on annual meeting planning, dues, homeowner forms and procedures, etc is on the Governing Documents page.
Community Management AppFolio Software

Our new Association Management company also uses the community management software, AppFolio. If you had an account with our previous Association Manager, that account has been terminated. You will need to create a new account. Homeowners will receive an email and text invitation to join AppFolio.
NOTE: the email will only be sent after you complete their Homeowner Information Form.
Electronic Consent Agreements

The Electronic Consent Agreement allows you to receive emailed communications instead of mailed ones. Opting for electronic communication helps save our association hundreds of dollars annually on printing, paper, and postage costs.
If you already had the consent on file, you need not do anything. If you do not, please signed up online at hoaadvisorygroup.com.
